days. Malolactic fermentation follows immediately.
Maturation Maturation in steel and glass~lined vats, with
further bottle~ageing.
Sensory Sparkling ruby red; crisp, full~fruited aromas;
profile beautifully balanced palate with appealing flavours.
Serving Perfect with meat~basedfirst courses and with all
suggestions roasts.
